Sept 1/09 - Caribous Training Camp

The Caribous will hold their first training camp in St John on Saturday and Sunday, September 12, 13 /09 at the Capital Hyundai Arena. Regular weekly practices will began on the following Wednesday, September 16/09 and continue till the start of the regular season.

Exhibition games are a possibilty with a couple of East teams showing interest in some pre-season competition. Fans can expect to see the Caribous once again ice a very competitice team built on skill, speed and youth. With the core of the team returning, look to see basically the same line-up of forwards but 4 new faces on the back end. Ball, Smith and Rogers will all be replaced and 1 forward spot remaims open with Ryan Power deciding to call it a career.

The season is right around the corner and it looks as though all teams will once again be strong this year. It looks like another great season of hockey in the WCSHL. Bring it on !!!
