The Clarenville Caribous played host to the Corner Brook Royals this past weekend - the first weekend back from the Christmas break. The Caribous and Royals were the only two teams scheduled to play, with the remaining three teams off. On Saturday night, the Caribous dominated the royals in 60 minutes of play, defeating the visiting Royals with a final score fo 6-2. On Sunday afternoon, the trend continued, but with the Royals putting up more of a fight, and playing a harder hitting style of game. In the end, the Royals took quite a few penalities, including a game misconduct. The Caribous pulled out a 7-4 win over the Royals on Sunday. The Caribous are now in first place by 5 points, but have next weekend off. |

Caribous would like to remind fans that we do have seated tickets available for Game Day Sales. There will be lots of seated tickets available to the public during the regular season. Tickets go on sale the THURSDAY @ 12pm prior to home game weekends. Seated tickets are first come - first serve. |
